Sign-on Bonus (RN-$10,000) - (LPN -$7,000)

Job Summary:
A RN/LPN (Med/Surg) is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation with consideration of the aging process, human development stages, and cultural diversity. Directs and coordinates all nursing care for monitored/medical/surgical patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards and hospital policy and procedure. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement desired patient outcomes.

License/Certification:
RN or LPN license in Missouri (Required)
