Description

We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician’s Assistant (PA) to join our Vandalia Clinic team. The purpose of this position is to provide exceptional health and wellness services to patients within the boundaries of the collaborative practice agreement. The right candidate must possess a great attitude, work well with a variety of personalities, be knowledgeable, compassionate, and excel in patient care. You must work well under the direction of your collaborating physician, but competent enough to make decisions directing patient care by ordering lab tests, radiology, and specialty referrals. Must be able to interpret lab results and radiology reports, and follow up with the patient to direct their healthcare. The NP /PA will see both acute and chronic care patients, and patients may be new or established with the clinic.

This position will primarily be based out of the Vandalia Medical Clinic but should expect to be flexible to float to our Bowling Green Medical Clinic, Bowling Green Walk-In Clinic & Louisiana Medical Clinic if needed.

Required:

MO Nurse Practitioner or PA license in good standing
Strong work ethic
Broad primary care knowledge
EMR experience desired
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient engagement.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a collaborative healthcare team.

Must have at least 1 yr exp as NP/PA
